If Taximail does not accept files for importing email lists, there is a possible cause. The file type is invalidIf you select How to upload Excel and CSV import subscribers with tabs (XLS, XLSX) or CSV files, other types of files are not supported. Files are too largeImporting email lists from Excel and CSV files has a maximum file size of 50MB or about one million contacts. If the Excel and CSV files are larger than 50MB, an import error can be encountered. Email address is missingFor example, john@gmail does not have ".com" and john@gmailcom does not have a dot, but after the email address has been modified it is. John@gmail.com can import the system. Email addresses have spacesEmail addresses contain unnecessary spaces around the front, back, or even the middle of the address. Because the information you receive may come from other applications that have different gaps. These gaps may cause legitimate email addresses to become grammatical errors. Try the Edit> File> Replace function in Excel to remove spaces from the text or search for similar functions in the application you want. Separator marksSome spreadsheet programs use commas (,) rather than semicolons (;) or tabs (\ t) to separate field data within a file. This can cause problems with importing email lists. If the imported file uses a comma (,) in the system, replace it with a comma (,) and try importing it again.
