My email shows the from name "txm.net"You may notice that some email clients display the message "on behalf of txm.net" or "via txm.net" in the sender details section of the campaign you send out. This information appears because of validation, which is a way to verify the email that came from the correct sender. In this article, you will learn how validation works and how to remove "on behalf of txm.net" or "via txm.net" from your campaign. Why authentication information appearsAn email client checks two email addresses. The "From" email address and the "Sender" email address are not visible to the sender email address. When you send an email through Taximail, there are often txm.net listed in the sender details section. How does Authentication effect From values?Email recipients using Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, or Microsoft's webmail service may see an indication that your campaign was sent by Taximail, but on your behalf. For example, if you submit a campaign with the From value as enews@mmobile.com, we will validate with your domain. The email client displays the Taximail domain information near your campaign's "Sender Name" to help the recipient know if the email is secure. Here are some examples:
Remove the text "on behalf of" or "via txm.net"The best way to remove this message from your campaign is to use an email address associated with your domain and validate it. Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM) and Sender Policy Framework (SPF) are often used. Validate the domain used to send an email. These methods allow email clients to see if a campaign is being sent from your internal server and delete the data of Taximail from the Sender details section.
