Why is it important to have a media policy on the website?

It is important to know what is permissible to do on Taximail. By providing clear guidelines and parameters to the users will ensure that the website has the responsibility for content control and approval that does not violate the Policy of the website.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

“User Content” means anything the user or subscriber post, upload share, store through our Services. This includes any emails, messages, materials, images, text or content is owned by the user.

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of any content upload on Taximail. Users should be responsible for the nature of the content, images, material, and information uploaded using the service.

Creative content, such as written material, photographs, art, graphics, the layout of an advertisement, music, and videos, may be protected by copyright.

You guarantee and represent that you have full authority and the rights of any materials you upload using the service without any restrictions and that the media do not infringe on any proprietary and/or intellectual property rights of third persons.

You acknowledge and accept that Taximail reserves the right to reject uploading of the media submitted by you, for any reason without prior notice if this does not meet our criteria.

You agree to follow this policy and warrant that any and all information given by you to Taximail is true and accurate.

Prohibited Content

Email marketing and SMS can make a huge impact in businesses when executed correctly. Following best practices and guidelines will get you the best results.

Please do not upload content not made by you, offensive, illegal or may harm others. All permissions and copyright holders must be cited in the content's description.

Taximail Do not send Email and SMS containing:

• Content involving minors that put them at risk for sexualization, abuse and harmful acts
• Plagiarized or stolen content from other websites
• Pornography/sexual activity/adult objects or indecent photo and escort services
• Selling likes or followers on social media
• Multi-level marketing and work from home make money online
• Gambling and Casino app services, Online betting
• Illegal goods and services like counterfeit goods, human trafficking, products made from endangered species
• Vaping, alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceutically prohibited drugs, and firearms ads
• Obfuscated links for the purpose of misleading recipients ( use links contrary to the content expectation)
• Phishing and Smishing content that intends to send fraudulent messages designed to trick recipients in revealing, financial, system credentials, and other sensitive data
• Anyone who defames, insults or threatens the king, queen, the heir-apparent to the regent will be punished under lèse majesté law of Thailand

As Saas platform service provider, we are responsible for maintaining the integrity of our users. Failure to do so, we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate them

• You may not use the content as a trademark for a business.
• You may not portray a person in a way that may be offensive, including: in connection with adult-oriented services or ads for dating services; in connection with the promotion of tobacco products; in connection with political endorsements; with pornographic, defamatory, unlawful, offensive or immoral content; and as suffering from, or being treated for, a physical or mental ailment.
• You may only use the content in campaigns and content created on Taximail, and not with other website or content services.
