How Taximail limits the abuse

• Our team look into every new account request before sending username and password. Before sending, we investigate several criteria such as company’s existence, location, name etc.
• All the users who subscribe in Taximail must accept our Terms of Use
• We automatically insert an unsubscribe link in every campaign sent from our system.

How Taximail limits the abuse

• Through our fan page Facebook, blog, and website, we provide tips and best practices to all of our users.
• We provide guides help users learn about how to use Taximail platform.
• In Taximail's user interface, we provide information about list insertion, spam diagnosis, templates designing, AB testing to guide them figure out about email and spam rules.

How we treat the reports

We place in every email campaign sent from our servers a campaign ID so that makes it easy to report abuse to Taximail. After the complaint received, we start looking into directly then we’ll exclude the campaign or user which appears suspect.

When a customers unsubscribe to the mail, we provide a form to get his feedback. We remove the recipient from your list to let you improve the performance of your email marketing list.
