Sign up Taximail with Email

Initially, you will need to sign up for Taximail and set up your account. To be used to send marketing campaigns and automation via email, send campaigns via short message service (SMS), integrate the chat platform into BizChat.

Before you start

• You will need an email address and a mobile phone number that you can access. To confirm your Taximail account registration and we will use this information to contact you.
• When signing up to use Taximail, you must agree to Terms of use, Privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum to maintain your Taximail account in a ready-to-use status.

Sign up with Email

1. On the Taximail website, click the Sign Up free button.

2. Click the Sign Up with Email button.

3. Enter your Email, First-Last name and create your Password. Then put a Yes, I have read and agree to this Terms of use, Privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum and click the Continue button.

Important: Password must contain at least 6 characters, consisting of uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9). Please keep this information confidential.

4. The system will send an email subject [Action Required] Confirm your email address, to the email address you provided to confirm. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or request a verification email again.

The next step, we'll explain how to confirm your Taximail subscription with your email and mobile phone number.

Confirm your account

1. Open the email subject [Action Required] Confirm your email address, then click the Yes, it’s me - let’s get started button.

2. You will be redirected to Activate your account page in your Taximail account. Select your country code and enter a mobile phone number that you can access. Then click the Send verification code button. The system will send an SMS with a verification code (OTP) to this number.

3. Enter the 6-digit verification code (OTP) received via SMS and click the Verify OTP Code button.

Note: The verification code (OTP) is valid for 5 minutes from the time it is received. If you didn't receive a verification code, click the Resend SMS link to request a new one, or click the Fill in your another phone number link to use another phone number to receive SMS.

4. Your Taximail registration has been successfully verified with your email and mobile phone number. Click the Next button to go through the steps to set up your Taximail account.

Set up your account

We will ask for necessary information to be used in connection with you or your business.

1. Enter your Name, Address, and Company email. Then click the Continue button.

2. Enter the details in the fields provided, and click the Continue button.
   • Alias name for prefix url: A name to preface all links in your email. Starts from 2 - 30 characters. Supports lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and should be used as a business name or domain name.
   • Time Zone: Select the time zone you are currently using.

3. It only takes a few seconds to create your Taximail account and take you to the Taximail getting started page.
