Resubscribe to receive email

When your contact clicks the unsubscribe link in the campaign. The system will follow the intent and change the contact's email status to Inactive/Unsubscribed. However, if you know that the contact has accidentally clicked the unsubscribe link, Taximail has two options to help your contact to subscribe again.

Resubscribe to email manually

When your contact clicks the unsubscribe link in the campaign and decide to resubscribe, they will have to click on the same link in any campaign that you sent them.

You will be taken to the landing page, click the Subscribe me back to list again button. The system will record the date and time that the contact allows you to send the campaign to them again.

Resend a confirmation email

If your contact does not find it convenient follow the instructions above. You can send a confirmation email from their profile.

To resend a confirmation email, follow these steps:

1. Type the email you want on the search toolbar in the upper left corner. The system will automatically search for information then click on the information that matches your search.

2. Click the Resend Confirmation Email button at the top right corner.

3. You will see a message box informing you that the system will send a confirmation email to your contact. In this way, they can return to become a contact through the Double opt-in process. Click the Comfirm button to confirm.

4. The system will send a confirmation email to your contacts. Then, your contact will have to click the Yes, subscribe me to this list button to confirm returning to become a subscriber through the Double opt-in process.

Double opt-in process, will give you the assurance that the subscribers entered their correct information. This means that you have a more accurate list and fewer bounces. Also, it will mean fewer spam complaint because they are required to take an additional step and confirm their consent.
