Create and send Regular campaigns

A campaign is a marketing message that you share via email to present an ad, promotion, or newsletter. You can create campaign content with a simple drag and drop tool and layer-level content management to support mobile and tablet display. You do not need to have knowledge of HTML code.

In this article, you will learn how to create a regular campaign including the process of sending a campaign from Taximail.

Create a regular campaign

To create a regular campaign, follow these steps:

1. Select Campaigns on the main menu.
2. Click the plus sign (+) at the bottom right corner.

3. Select the Regular Campaign and click the Next button.

4. Select a list you want to send the campaign.

Note: If you select more than one list or segment, and between the lists there are duplicate emails, the system will only deliver one.

Next, select the settings and design your campaign content.

Set up and design a campaign

Taximail's campaign creation tools are designed to help you work on different parts of your campaign in order and validate everything at once before sending.

1. Select to create a Start from Scratch layout, or select the other options:
   • Pre-Designed create a campaign from theme provided by Taximail.
   • Recents create a campaign from you recently sent.
   • Saved templates create a campaign from your template.
   • Paste in code create a campaign from custom HTML code.

2. Select your sender's name and email address, or click drop-down menu then select Specify sender name.. to specify the new sender's name and email address.

Tips: Remove the checkbox ✓ Use the same as FROM name and email address. You will be able to specify the name and email address for reply.

3. Specify the subject of your campaign.

4. Drag and drop the content block you want into the layout to add and format text, upload an image, attach a link to a website or download file, and more. Learn more about content blocks.

5. Click theicon to check the spam score of the campaign with Spam Testing tools or preview and test your campaign before sending.
6. After the design is finished, click the Next button at the top right corner.

Send campaign

If you are ready to send the campaign to your subscriber, click the Send now button.

You will see a campaign delivery confirmation message. Click the Confirm button.

Keep in mind that your campaign cannot be edited once it has been sent out.

Tips to design your campaign

• Be sure to test your campaign before sending to the list. For the best results, we recommend that you send a test campaign to your favorite email providers, such as Hotmail, Gmail, and Yahoo. You can also use the Preview and Test tool to see how your campaigns will show in each email program.
• Taximail works well with HTML code and plain text, does not support Flash and JavaScript.
