What can you see on your dashboard campaign report?
You can track the statistics for each campaign after you out or check the engagement between your subscribers, and your campaign directly from the Dashboard menu.
To see all the combined statistics reports, follow these steps:
- Select Dashboard on the main menu.
Click the following tab to view the campaign Statistics reports related to the behavior of recipients, such as opening a campaign, clicking a link, unsubscribing the last 12 days in the form of graphical and numerical statistics.
The details are as follows:

Open Rate (Open Rate = Reach x 100 / Delivered) the details are as follows:

- Opens total number of email opened times.
- Reached number of recipients who opened your campaign.
- Delivered number of emails sent.
Clicks Rate (Click Rate = Rcpt.who clicked x 100 / Delivered) the details are as follows:

- Clicks total number of times any tracked link was clicked.
- Recipients who clicked number of recipients who clicked any tracked link.
- Delivered number of emails sent.
Deliverability the details are as follows:

- Delivered (Delivered x 100 / Total Delivered)
- Hard Bounce (Hard Bounce x 100 / Total Delivered)
- Soft Bounce (Soft Bounce x 100 / Total Delivered)
- Suppressed (Suppressed x 100 / Total Recipients)
- Unsubscribed (Unsubscribed x 100 / Total Recipients)
- SPAM Complaint (SPAM Complaint x 100 / Total Delivered)
Note: Total Delivered = Delivered + Hard Bounce + Soft Bounce + Spam Complaint
Total Recipients = Delivered + Hard Bounce + Soft Bounce + suppressed + Unsubscribed + Spam Complaint
- In the last 30 days, shows the statistical numbers of all campaigns over the last 30 days, which are detailed below:

- Contacts Added in last 30 days the number of recipients that opened the campaign per number of email lists sent over the last 30 days.
- Campaigns sent in last 30 days the number of campaigns submitted over the last 30 days.
- Delivered email in the last 30 days the number of emails sent over the last 30 days.
- Remained credits the amount of credit you can use.
Recently campaigns, show 5 most recently delivered campaigns. You can click the drop-down and select the following topic for more details.

Performance the details are as follows:
- Open Rate (Open Rate = Reach x 100 / Delivered)
- Clicks Rate (Click Rate = Rcpt.who clicked x 100 / Delivered)
Interaction the details are as follows:
- Open Frequency the average campaign opening frequency per recipient. (Open Frequency = Opens / Recipient Reached)
- Click Frequency the frequency of clicking links within the average campaign per recipient who clicks the link. (Click Frequency = Clicks / Recipient who clicked)
Deliverability the details are as follows:
- Bounced number of hard and soft bounce emails.
- Suppression Listed number of emails stuck in Global suppression from previous campaign send. This time, the system will not be sent and we won't deduct any credits.
Feedback the details are as follows:
- Unsubscribe number of recipients who unsubscribed from your campaign.
- SPAM Complaint number of emails reporting as spam from the email service provider.
