Set up your Webhooks

Webhooks will collect data when your lists, campaigns, and email transactions are changed. It will deliver data to other applications as it happens, meaning you get data immediately. For example, when you set up a "Webhook" to notify your web service when subscribing, unsubscribe and open & click with your list or campaign.

To enable Webhooks, follow these steps.

  1. Select Integrations on the main menu.
  2. Click the plus sign (+) at the bottom right corner.

  1. In Webhooks configuration section specify details then click the Activate button to connect via Webhooks.

  • Integration name Name Webhooks.
  • Endpoint url Web service URL.
  • Message format System sends the request in JSON format or XML format

You can choose to Webhooks for important information in your account, follow these steps.

List Subscription Events Reasons for listing lists. You can choose a setting by selecting when subscribed Send information to the Web service when the email recipient's event is sent to the list in various ways and When Unsubscribed Send information to the Web service when the event occurs that the recipient clicks the link to request to receive news.

Email Engagement Events can be set between All opened & clicked events this sends information to the Web service when the event occurs every time the recipient opens or clicks the link within the campaign. Only first opened & first clicked from each recipient sends information to the Web service in the event the recipient opened or clicked on the link within the campaign only for the first time. Ignore all opened & clicked events Send information to the Web service

  • When you get a spam complaint send information to the Web service when an event occurs that the recipient presses spam from the email service provider.
  • When bounced sends information to the Web service when the incident occurs. The email service provider informs that it is a bounce email.

Other Events which has the following details

  • When a call from automation flow sends data to the Web service when an event occurs at the automation process.
  • When suppressed (via SMTP relaying) sends data to the Web service an event occurs with the transactional email.

Use this webhook using Webhooks for the following information

  • As default for a new list the configuration of the new list.
  • As default for a new campaign Configuring the use of new campaigns.
  • For all events from email transactional events.
  • As default call from automation configuration to automation.
