Magento is a Content Management System (CMS) system designed specifically for e-commerce. Magento 2 offers a range of flexible tools that can cover any of your advanced marketing, SEO and management need more than before. The content and functionality of online businesses are easier to control too. The changes made are to benefit e-commerce websites and better customer shopping experience.

Before you start

• To get started, you'll download the free Taximail for Magento file extension from Magento's Marketplace.
• Taximail for Magento is compatible with these versions of Magento: CE v2.1.x, CE v2.2.x and CE v2.3.x.
• Back up your server files and database before you install this integration. We also recommend you install it on a test server first.
• Our Abandoned Cart automation is only compatible with Taximail for Magento version 1.2.2 or later.

If you want to connect to work with Magento 2, follow the steps below.

1. Select Integrations on the main menu.
2. Click Plus sign (+) in the bottom right corner.

3. Select Magento 2 and click Next

4. Integration Settings Specify details in the box provided. Then click Activate

• Integration module Magento version 2
• Integration name The name of Magento
• Integration Key The code used to confirm the user account
• Your Magento's Timezone The time zone you currently use

5. After that, select Magento 2 and select Edit

6. The system will automatically Generate tracking_key automatically, then click Apply to start using the Magento 2 system

Note: If you want to change the new integration key, click Generate new key and please keep this information confidential.

Connecting Magento 2 to use with Taximail

If you want to connect Magento 2 system to use with Taximail, follow the steps below.

1. Enter the Admin page of the Magento 2 After that, specify the name, password and press the Sign in

2. On the page Dashboard Click Taximail You can set the data connection as follows

• Account Configuration Account connection usage
• Abandoned Cart Abandoned Cart connection
• Subscriber Email list connection

Account Configuration

1. Select Account Configuration Specify details in the box provided. Then click Save Config

• Integration Key Specify the code used to confirm the user account. Obtained from the Taximail system.
• Account Details Displays the information of the user account, the name of Magento and the date of use.

Abandoned Cart

1. Select Abandoned Cart Specify details in the box provided. Then click Save Config

• Enabled Select Yes to enable Magento 2 to send data to the Taximail system.
• Create new Automation The system will create the automation workflow of Abandoned Cart in the taximail system automation

Note: Taximail will send an E-mail that is part of Abandoned Cart to members in your Magento 2 website.

Subscriber

1. Select Subscriber Specify details in the box provided then click Save Config

• Enabled Select Yes to enable Magento 2 to send data to the Taximail system.
• Taximail List Select the list of contacts that want to connect to the data.
• Subscriber amount to be sen per run Subscription can be selected when sending new information to the customer's email list when new information is updated. It can be formatted at 50, 100, 200, 500, 1,000, 5,000 names
• Custom Fields Mapping Choose to match between field names and the data you are importing. You can create additional fields, click the Add
• Create Custom Fields The system will automatically create a Taximail field.
• Create Webhook In the case of customers pressing Unsubscriber or Resubscribe from data connection via Magento 2, the system will update such information as well.
• Enable Subscriber Status Sync will work together with Webhook. You can choose a data connection between Yes is a data connection through both systems, Magento 2 and Taximail or No is a connection Continue through one way Taximail

Note: Data connection to the Taximail system list will work with members on your Magento 2 website.
