Just choose the language your customers use. When you send a message, the customer will automatically receive the message in the customer's language.

To translate and choose a language, follow these steps.

  1. In the text field Click the change language symbol and select the language your customers use. When you type a message in your language and send it to the customer, it will be translated automatically.

Enable BizChat

Note: If you want the system automatically translates the language your customers type to you into the language you use. You can set up at Setting BizChat main language
