Cancel payment for Monthly package

When you use the monthly package and pay via Credit/Debit card or Paypal account. When the payment is due, we will automatically deduct the amount according to the package you purchased. If you wish to cancel this automatic payment, you can cancel yourself in the Manage Accounts menu or the Billing & Payments menu.

Cancel payment at the Manage Accounts menu

1. Click on the username at the bottom left corner, select Manage Accounts.

2. In the Monthly Targeted Contacts (MTC) section, click the Cencel subscription button.

3. You will see a message informing that after canceling a monthly payment, your current package will remain active until the end of the last billing cycle. Click the OK button to enter the payment cancellation step.

4. Type "confirm" in the text box that appears and click the Continue button to confirm payment cancellation.

Tips: You can come back to use the monthly package and you can pay for the service automatically again. By click on the username at the bottom left corner, select Manage Accounts. In the Monthly Targeted Contacts (MTC) section, click the Renew subscription button. Then choose the package you want and proceed with the order process.

When the monthly payment cancellation is successful, your current package will remain active until the end of the last billing cycle. And after that, your account will not be able to send campaigns until you make a payment for a monthly package again.

2. In the Payment method section, click the Cancel subscription button.
