Check and Edit campaign in Plain text version

Although most recipients are able to read HTML messages, there are still some programs and devices that do not support HTML messages. There are also recipients who choose to block HTML campaigns to resolve this issue when you create a template or campaign using the Taximail platform. means that we will create your campaign in a plain text version without any formatting, also known as "Plain text" automatically to save your time.

To check and edit campaign in plain text version, follow these steps:

1. Go to the campaign design step.
2. Click theicon at the top toolbar. The system will display your campaign content in plain text version without any formatting.

Tips: If you want to edit Plain text, bring the checkbox ✓ Automatically generate plain text content from HTML out and then type a new plain text instead of the original text that the generate system.

Campaign content in plain text version is more difficult to read than HTML version, so there should be a line spacing or use a split mark to make the text easier to read.
