Create list for duplicate contacts

You can collect the email addresses of duplicate contacts in the list. This will send a campaign to the same email address that receives news from you.

Create a list and select the option Allow duplicated email address to import into this list. The system will automatically create a field called "Id" and use this field to distinguish duplicate emails for you.

The email list files that you want to import must consist of two important columns, including email addresses and numbers for email address reference. Which is equivalent to the Email address and the Id field within your list.

To creating duplicate recipient email lists, follow these steps.

1. Select Lists on the main menu.
2. Click the Plus (+) button in the bottom right corner.

3. Type the name of the list that you want then select Non-unique email For the system to create a field called "Id" and use this field to distinguish duplicate emails for you. Click the Next button

4. Type the name of the list that you want, Click the Create list button

The list of duplicate email will be tagged Non-Unique on the side of the name and you cannot use this list to send together with other list in the campaign.

Note: You can create up to 100 lists. If you have reached the number and you want to continue creating lists you can remove lists you don't use. Remove a list does not affect statistics such as open rate, click rate, or subscription termination of campaign emails sent to that list.

After you create your list, you'll be able to import contacts.
