If you use a monthly package with less than 2,000 contacts and want to cancel payments. You can downgrade your account to "Free forever" plan.
- Click on the username at the bottom left corner, select Manage Accounts.
- Click the Change plan button.
- Choose the number of 2,000 contacts by sliding the slide bar to the left, and choose a free plan. Then click the Next button.
- In the Order summary section, click the Confirm button to go into the process of confirming the account downgrade to free forever package.
- You will see a confirmation message for downgrade your account to be free forever package. Click the Confirm button.
Cautious: After you downgrade your account to free forever package. You will lose the remaining balance. In addition, if your account has more than 2,000 contacts, we will suspend your delivery until you delete less than or equal to 2,000 contacts.
