Enable Auto-recharge for SMS

To prevent problems, your SMS campaign pausing sending due to insufficient account balance. You can set the system to deduct money from your Credit or Debit card and auto-recharge in Account Balance, when the amount of money sent to the SMS campaign is less than you specified. And you can disable this auto-recharge at any time.

To enable auto-recharge in Account Balance, follow these steps:

1. Click on the username at the bottom left corner, select Billing & Payments.

2. In the Payment method section, Select Auto-recharge for SMS.

3. In the Auto add money section, slide the slide bar on Select an amount to select the amount you want to auto-recharge into Account Balance. And slide the slide bar on Low balance threshold to select the minimum amount.

For example You set the system to deduct money from your Credit card in the amount of 10,000 baht and auto-recharge into Account Balance, when your account balance is less than 1,000 baht.

Currently, your Taximail account has a balance of 2,000 baht and you want to send an SMS campaign of 5,000 baht. The system will automatically deduct 13,000 baht from your Credit card of 13,000 baht = ((5,000 - 2,000) + 10,000), in which your account will have a balance of 10,000 baht to reserve for the next SMS campaign.

4. In the Payment method section, type the details of the Credit or Debit card that you want to use to pay.
5. In the Billing Address section, check your mailing address for Tax invoice/Receipt delivery. By default, we only provide documents in electronic format.

Note: If you need us to deliver Tax invoice/Receipt by post, put a checkmark ✓ in the squares Send physical billing letter to which we will charge additional delivery fees.

6. In the Order summary section, check your order details and click the Confirm and Pay button.

7. You will see a message informing that the operation has been completed. And you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Click the Continue button to return to your account.

After enabled, you can check the auto-recharge details. Click on the username at the bottom left corner, select Billing & Payments, details will appear in the Auto-recharge for SMS section. Or want to disable this, click the Disable button and follow our instructions.
