Export statistics reports in Excel and CSV file formats

Exporting reports is the best way to share campaign statistics with your team or customers. You can use these export reports to maintain your subscriber list. Statistical reports are a reflection of what's happening in email campaigns, which help you improve your campaigns in the future. When you export the campaign statistics report, we provide data in Excel and CSV format.

To export statistics reports in Excel and CSV file formats, follow these steps:

  1. Select Campaigns on the main menu.
  2. Select Sent.
  3. Click the name of the campaign you want.
  4. Click the Export button at the top right corner, then select the type of statistical report you want. The details are as follows:

Export

  • Campaign statistics (.xlsx)
  • Delivered recipients (.csv)
  • Unread recipients (.csv)

Campaign statistics (.xlsx)

After the export, you will see the campaign statistics report in an Excel file format which includes:

  • All Opened details of the recipients who opened the campaign, the date and time of the first opening, the number of openings and the device that opened the campaign.

  • All Clicked details of the recipients who clicked the link within the campaign, the date and time of the first click, and the number of clicked links.

  • All Viewed in browser details of recipients who open a campaign through a web browser, the date and time of the first opening and the number of openings.

  • All Unsubscriptions details of the recipient click the link to unsubscribe, the date and time unsubscribed.

  • All Bounced details of the recipient bounced, the date and time being bounced, the type of bounce and the reason of the bounce.

  • All Spam complaint details of recipients complaint spam emails, date and time of complaint.

Delivered recipients (.csv)

After the export, you will see the campaign delivery report in the CSV file format, which includes: email list, date and time sent, delivery status and reason for the bounce.

Unread recipients (.csv)

After the export, you will see a report of the recipients who did not open your campaign include the date and time sent in CSV file format.
