Frequent Answers

Create information for customers frequently asked questions. Store your company’s details and answers to the questions in one place. You can manage folders for FAQs into categories and topics to enable your team to access them quickly. ( grouping folder for answer)

Account Administrator can activate BizChat by following steps.

  1. Right click and select the bubble. Then click Save answer and click Save button.

  1. Save answer specify details in the box. Then click the Confirm button.

Select the folder type You choose the type to store your answers as follows.

  • My Answers Answers that apply only to businesses within this account.

Select a folder You can choose to save your answers as follows.

  • Create a new folder Create a storage folder. And enter your folder name in the ** Folder name ** field.

Channel groups that are accessible You define the groups of communication channels that can be used for answering questions as follows.

  • Only this channel group Answers that are used only for this channel of communication.
  • All channel group Answers shared across all of your communication channels.

Enable BizChat

If you want to get answers to frequently asked questions, follow the steps below.

  1. Click on the symbol next to the Frequently answers section text box. You can select the response by folder under My Answers and Shared Answers and select the desired answer to use.
