Getting Started for BizChat

What is BizChat?

BizChat is a collection of leading chat platforms in one place, such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE Official, Telegram, and others, so you can respond to chats. Conveniently, offer products/services including managing admins who take care of many chat rooms. This can be used both through a browser or an application.

How to start using BizChat?

If you don't have a BizChat account yet, start by signing up. Click here and choose an easy signup method, then confirm your signup and set up your account.

Once everything is settled, you will be taken to the getting started page. Follow these recommended steps.

Invite users to join BizChat
Create a chat channel group (Channel group)
Choose how to connect BizChat to the following platforms.
Add a chat room administrator (Chat owner)

When everything is set, just wait for your customers to chat and you can respond to chats and offer products/services to your customers immediately.
