Insert Unsubscribe with Merge tag

To comply with anti-spam laws and our Terms of Use, any campaign and email transaction via Taximail requires a link to the unsubscribe form. Which will be replaced with the Merge tag {%UnsubscribeLink%} our system doesn't find such tags in your campaign. You will not be able to save the campaign you design.

Or to make it easier to process, you can use our footer content block, to insert into the end of your template and campaign immediately.

Insert Unsubscribe with link tool

To insert unsubscribe with link tool, follow these steps:

1. Go to the campaign design step.
2. Click the area you want in the text block. Then specify the text you want to link, such as "Click here to unsubscribe." and highlight the message.

3. Click the icon at the block settings toolbar and select Unsubscribe to insert Merge tag {%UnsubscribeLink%} for your message.

After you sent the campaign, Merge tag will be replaced with a URL to link to Taximail unsubscribe form.

Insert Unsubscribe in custom HTML

To insert Unsubscribe in custom HTML, follow these steps:

1. Go to the campaign design step.
2. Click the HTML block you want and click the HTML code button.

3. Add the HTML code below to the area where you want the unsubscribe link to appear, and click the HTML preview button.

After you sent the campaign, Merge tag will be replaced with a URL to link to Taximail unsubscribe form.

Insert Unsubscribe in Plain text

For campaigns in plain text format, type Merge tag {%UnsubscribeLink%} as normal text, like the example below.

For campaigns in plain text version that doesn't have any formatting, also known as "Plain text", you specify Merge tag {%UnsubscribeLink%} as normal text. Like the example below

Click here to unsubscribe. {%UnsubscribeLink%}

Note: Merge tags {%UnsubscribeLink%} will only work if the campaign is delivered. While your campaign is Draft or Pause, you will still see the Merge tag again.
