To connect with an existing LINE Official Account for your business, follow the steps below.
- Click menu Settings > Channel group
- Click the business name you want.
- Click Install social media at the up right corner.

- Login LINE Official Account Manager
- Select Setting at the up right corner then select a tab. Messaging API and check the usage status, it must be Enabled

- Select Response settings tab and set the use of Response mode and Webhooks as follows;
- Main settings settingResponse mode by selecting a mode Bot

Note: If Response mode is set to Chat, BizChat cannot be used.
- Detailed settings setting Webhooks select Enabled to enable Webhooks.

- The settings of LINE Official Account Manager is complete.
- Login LINE Developers Console, input the information in the BizChat settings in the Taximail.
- Basic settings Tab which includes
Channel ID, Channel name, Channel secret
- Messaging API Tab which includes
** Channel access token **
Note: If you cannot find Channel access token information, Click Issue button.
- Open the BizChat window in the Taximail, Select Line and fill in the information Channel ID, Channel name, Channel secret and Channel access token, then click Save button.

- The LINE Official connection with BizChat in the Taximail is complete, it will display the status of Verification Success then press the button Save.

- Successfully activated

Note: A message will be displayed when successfully connected to BizChat. You will not be able to use your LINE Official account in the same chat room and will not display the message before.
