Install your Website to integrate with BizChat

Connect BizChat to Website

To connect BizChat to your website, follow these steps.

1. In your Taximail account, click Menu Settings > Channel group
2. Click on the name of the channel group you want.
3. Click the Install social media button.

4. Select Website and fill in the details in each box completely and click the Save button.

• Chat plugin name: Chat plugin name. It will appear on the Manage Social Media List page.
• Design: Design the theme of the chat, including
  - Logo: Profile picture of chat respondent, supports PNG, JPG and JPEG files.
  - Background(Theme): The background color of the chat title bar.
  - Text(Theme): Text color in the chat title bar.
  - Button(Theme): Start chat button background color.
  - Text button(Theme): Text color in chat start button.
  - Icon alignment: The position of the chat icon. (left or right)
  - Side margin(pixel): The distance of the chat icon from the side edge.
  - Bottom margin(pixel): The distance of the chat icon from the bottom edge.
• Setting: chat settings, including-
  - Title chat name: The name displayed on the chat bar.
  - Default message: The first message to be displayed when a user starts a new chat.
  - Whitelists (url): The domain you want to allow this chat plugin to appear.
  - Type: input form (form or bubble)
  - Name: require the user to enter a name
  - Phone number: require the user to enter a phone number
  - Email: require the user to enter an email address.

5. You will see a confirmation message connecting BizChat with your Website. Click the Confirm button to confirm and go to the next step.

6. Copy all the scripts listed in the Chat Plugin Script field and paste this script before the tag. On each page where you want the chat plugin to appear and do not modify any code when you change settings.
