Integration with Zapier for using automation

Zapier is a tool that can connect to more than 5,000 global applications to work together. This will help connect data across platforms from one place to another automatically. You don’t need to write additional code, allowing you to work with convenience, speed and ease.

Taximail adds in convenience to users by connecting with Zapier so you can retrieve data from Taximail as Trigger to initiate the Automation Flow and can use Taximail as an Action to send email, SMS or manage tags.

Set to use Taximail as Trigger

1. Log in to your Zapier account
2. Click the + Create and select Zaps

3. Set up a Trigger by typing taximail in the Search field and select Taximail

4. In the Event section Choose an event, which can use 4 formats as follows:

• Email Opened is used as Trigger value when someone opens an email from specific campaign.
• Link Clicked is used as Trigger value when someone clicks a given link in your campaign.
• Resubscribe is used as Trigger value when someone has previously Unsubscribed clicks the Subscribe button again.
• Unsubscribe is used as Trigger when someone Unsubscribes from your email.

5. Click Continue button

6. Click the Sign in button to connect to Taximail

7. Fill in the API KEY and SECRET KEY details then click Yes, Continue to Taximail button.

Note: The API KEY and SECRET KEY information can be generated by enabling RESTful API

8. Click the Continue button to enter the process of entering the campaign details.

9. Fill in all the fields for using the Event you choose. When you’re done, click the Continue button.

You can find details of the information required for each event at Information for setting up Taximail as Trigger.

10. Click the Test trigger button to test the trigger, and then click the Continue button.

Set to use Taximail as Action

1. Set up Action by typing taximail in the Search field and select Taximail

2. In the Event section Choose an event, which can use 5 formats as follows:

• Add Subscriber's Tag is used as Action for add Tag on subscriber email
• Remove Subscriber's Tag is used as Action for remove Subscriber's Tag
• Send Email ใช้เป็น Action เมื่อต้องการส่งอีเมล
• Send SMS ใช้เป็น Action เมื่อต้องการส่ง SMS
• API Request (Beta)

3. Click Continue button

4. In the Account section, if already connected API with Taximail, click the Continue button. Or if you want to change the API, you can click the Change button.

5. Fill in all the fields for using the Event you choose. When you’re done, click the Continue button.

You can find details of the information required for each event at Information for setting up Taximail as Action.

6. Click the Test step button to test the action.

7. Click the Publish button to start working with the flow you set.
