Invite users to join your account

Invite a new user

1. In your Taximail account, click the Settings > Users & Roles menu.

2. Click the button on the bottom right.

3. Enter the details in the fields provided, and click the Send invitation button.

   • Email address: Email of the invitee
   • Name: Name of the invitee
   • Role: Choose the user level or Permission: then put a permissions that allow this user to access the custom.
   • Set expiration: Set an expiration date for joining this user's account.

4. The system will send an email subject [Action Required] You have received invite to join... to the invitee's email address. If the invitee does not receive the email, check the spam folder or click to send the invitation email again.

The next step, we will explain how to create a new user and confirm joining your Taximail account.

Create a new user

1. Open the email subject [Action Required] You have received invite to join... Then click the Accept button.

2. Click the Sign Up with Email button.

3. Create a password for login. Then put a Yes, I have read and agree to this Terms of use, Privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum and click the Continue button.

Important: Password must contain at least 6 characters, consisting of uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9). Please keep this information confidential.

4. The system will send an email subject [Action Required] Confirm your email address to the email address the invitee used to register for confirmation. If the invitee does not receive the email, check your spam folder or request a confirmation email again.

Confirm to join account

1. Open the email subject [Action Required] Confirm your email address, then click the Yes, it’s me - let’s get started button.

2. New users will be taken to the Taximail getting started page.

Note: You can invite up to 20 new users to join your account.
