Manage team

In case a large business that use multiple teams or companies to take care of business. The system can create teams to be managed independently of each other. And make each team unable to see the mixed information.

To create a team management, follow these steps.

  1. Click Menu Settings Select Manage team
  2. Click plus sign (+) in the lower right corner.

Enable BizChat

  1. Define team details Enter details in the fields provided. Then click the Next button.
  • Team name Set your team name.

Set up channel group You can set up channel group as follows.

  • All channel Group You can manage team all all communication channels.

Enable BizChat

  • Define channel group by self You can select only the communication channel for the team and in the Responsible channel group You can choose the moderator of the communication channel. Then click the Next button.

Add member Enter details in the specified fields. Then click the Save button.

  • Type the name of the member you want to add You can choose to add the responsible person under the team you manage.

  1. After that, you will have a team to manage your preferred communication channels within the team.
