If you forgot your password for your Taximail account, just click the "Forgot your password?" button. You will receive an email to reset your password within a few minutes.
- On the Taximail website, click Log In.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address you use to log in and click the Continue button.
- Click the Yes, send me an email button.
- The system will send an email subject [Action Required] Taximail Reset Password to the email address you provided.
- Open the email subject [Action Required] Taximail Reset Password, then click the Change password button.
- Enter your new password and click the Reset password button.
Important: Password must contain at least 6 characters, consisting of uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9). Please keep this information confidential.
- Your password has been updated. Click the Return to Login button in the pop-up to return to the Taximail login page.
