Setting BizChat main language

You can setting main language in BizChat, the languages sent by customers are automatically translated into your preferred language. In the bubble have language details prior to translation. Best for those who market with foreign customers.

To setting BizChat main language, follow these steps:

1. Click on the username at the bottom left corner, select Manage Accounts.

2. In the Account details section, click the BizChat language button.

3. Choose language in BizChat language box. Click the Continue button to the next step.

4. Type "Confirm" in the text box that appears and click the Apply button to confirm.
