Universal Search

Conveniently search from multiple platform for chats and easy to view conversation history. In just one step, you can search for information within the bubble message, attached tag, and name of contact.

To find your chats, you can do the following:

1. Enter the text of the Keyword you want to search in the field Search The system will search the text of your keyword and show the results as follows:

Tag If you have previously attached a tag that contains the keyword you searched for, all the tags containing that keyword will be displayed, and when you select the desired tag, chat rooms tagged with your selected will be displayed.

Chat rooms System will show all chat rooms that have the keyword. Along with informing the number of words you searched in that chat room.

Contact Name The system will show the chat room of the contact. If the contact's name contains the keywords you are searching for as a component.

Note: The number of bubbles that can be searched will change according to your package.
