Verify your sender domain

To send marketing campaigns and transactional emails through Taximail, we need to verify that you are using a domain that you own or have permission to access that domain. This process helps protect your market reputation. Make other Taximail users unable to use your domain to send emails without permission.

Before you start

• We recommend that you verify the sender domain that you or your organization owns.
• You need to use an email address that you have access to. To verify your sender domain.
• You can use free email providers such as Gmail, Hotmail or others to send emails from Taximail, but you cannot set up sender domain authentication with DKIM and SPF.

Add sender domain

1. In your Taximail account, click the Settings > Verified domains menu.
2. Click the button on the bottom right.
3. Enter an email address ending with the domain you want to use as the sender domain and click the Send Verification Email button.

4. The system will send an email subject Verify your own domain to the email address you provided to verification. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or request a verification email again.

Verify sender domain

1. Open the email subject Verify your own domain, and choose one of the following:
   • Click the Verify Domain button in the email or
   • Enter the 9-digit verification code in your Taximail account and click the Verify Code button.

Note: If you did not receive a verification code, click Resend email to request a new code or click Fill in your another email address to use a different email address to request a new code.

2. Now, You can use verified domain. To increase the chances of emails sent via Taximail reaching more recipients' inboxes. We recommend that you set up sender domain authentication with DKIM and SPF, but if you're using a free email provider like Gmail, Hotmail, or another, skip this step.
