Why is my SMS Sender not supported in some countries?

Certain carrier networks may have restrictions on using the Sender that is your own brand or may not support this feature at all. Some operators require whitelist to ensure the delivery of SMS messages with Sender that wants to protect the recipients from spam and scams.

Therefore, if you send an SMS message to a country that does not support your Sender, it will not appear. If you want to use Sender, which is supported in some countries and/or networks.
