Why is my SMS Sender not supported in some countries?Certain carrier networks may have restrictions on using the Sender that is your own brand or may not support this feature at all. Some operators require whitelist to ensure the delivery of SMS messages with Sender that wants to protect the recipients from spam and scams. Therefore, if you send an SMS message to a country that does not support your Sender, it will not appear. If you want to use Sender, which is supported in some countries and/or networks. You must register to request the desired Sender name and specify your purpose. This process may vary depending on which country you apply for sender ID registration. There will be documents to submit and required SMS sending volume from each countries. Whenever your Sender is not authorized for use, it may be replaced by Sender of Taximail or other Sender depending on the destination service provider.
